- Items with all original tags and labels attached
- Products in original packaging with dust bags
- Items that show no signs of wear or damage
- Accessories purchased with footwear (if returned together)
Items We Cannot Accept:
- Worn items showing signs of use or wear
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Custom or personalized items
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us process your return quickly and efficiently.
Step 2: Package Your Return
- Place items in original packaging with dust bags
- Include all tags, labels, and documentation
- Add your RMA number to the package
- Securely package to prevent shipping damage
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship your return to our returns processing center using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using the prepaid return label we'll provide for your convenience.
Refund Information
Processing Time:
- Returns processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days
- PayPal refunds processed within 24-48 hours
Refund Amount:
Full purchase price refunded for eligible returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.).
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for size or color within our 30-day return window, subject to availability. To ensure the fastest service:
- Contact us first to check availability of desired size/color
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- New item ships once we receive and process your return
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event you receive a defective or damaged Golden Goose product, we will:

International Returns

Gift Returns
